Returns and Refunds
Due to sanitary and hygiene purposes as of this time we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final!. 

Damages and issues 
Moonara Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost/damaged or stolen packages. Please contact the postal service used for any lost or damaged packages.

Exception
If you received the wrong item than what was put on the original order we will gladly exchange that for you at no cost. Or will refund you for that item. But must show proof of the wrong item sent to you. You can contact us by email: info@moonaracosmetics.com
