Thank you for shopping with us! As of right now we only ship within the United States. In the near future we will ship worldwide.
Once an order is placed it can not be canceled or changed. Once your order is place, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling. Which excludes weekends and holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders processing time may be delayed.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
USPS Ground Advantage: 5 - 8 business daysUSPS Priority Mail: 1 - 2 business days

Moonara Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages and if any package is marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly.
